Mission Statement

At Otumoetai Cadets we strive to be the best club in the region. While on-field performance is part of this we have come up which with the following principles that we see as being the most important goals for having a proud and successful club.

  1:  To provide cricket for players of all levels and ability.

   2:  To provide a club environment which is welcoming of all players, parents and families

   3:  To provide a safe and supportive club environment for all members.

   4:  To build a strong junior club with development opportunities for all to achieve their goals.

   5:  To build a strong and competitive senior club across all levels built on values of playing hard, tough cricket but in a positive manner befitting the traditional values of the game.

   6:  To set a high bar for other clubs to aspire to for the betterment of cricket throughout the Bay of Plenty
